As a 501(3)(c) non profit organization, the board of directors is fundamental to ensuring the achievement of our mission.
Winding Road is seeking enthusiastic board members with a vested interest in uplifting local artists, building community, and producing excellent theatre.
What does a board member do?
Attend quarterly board meetings - not necessarily in person.
Actively participate in educated decision making, offer solutions, and collaboratively engage in each board meeting.
Commit to furthering the mission year round by engaging known connections or fostering new relationships that can improve either the quality of the productions and/or the efficiency of the operations of the theatre.
Maintain a relative knowledge of theatre arts, enough to make meaningful contributions.
Swear to follow the bylaws of Winding Road Theatre.
Make an annual donation to support the organization.
Promise to enjoy and be proud of the incredible outputs of our collective efforts!
